The best Asian food in Fairborn. I always order Orange Chicken Extra extra spicy and egg rolls. The rice is always perfectly cooked. the chicken is always tender and the egg rolls are cravable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ate here after a recommendation from a friend who said it is his favorite spot and now we know why! The service was prompt, the menu extensive and food delicious! 😋 We will certainly be back and often! We found the establishment cozy and suitable for conversation while dining with a quiet and clean atmosphere. The bathrooms were also well maintained. Wife loved the steamed dumplings and WonTon soup and my spicy Thai cuisine was super! It's a nearby gem that we feel lucky to have discovered and would recommend it to anyone desiring scrumptious Asian cuisine 👍

Back for my second visit to JY Bamboo and it’s just as good as the first time! Everything is consistently delicious. I ordered the Pad Thai and the egg rolls—both were absolutely tasty and hit the spot. If you're in Dayton and looking for great food, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back again.

I visited J Y Bamboo Restaurant with a friend back in May 2025, and overall, we had a good experience. The restaurant is located right on N Broad St in Fairborn, and it gives off a cozy, welcoming vibe. I believe it’s family-owned, or at least it feels that way because the staff was extremely kind, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. The restaurant was very clean, and that’s always something I look for and appreciate when trying a new place. We were seated quickly, and the service was fast, which made it a convenient stop for a lunch outing. As for the food, everything I tried was delicious, though I can’t remember every single item I ordered. What stood out the most was the quality of their dishes—everything tasted fresh, and the textures were on point. Their crab rangoon was especially tasty: perfectly crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. I also ordered some sushi, and it was well-prepared with a nice presentation and great taste. One thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the soup. Since I don’t eat pork or beef, my options were limited, and I didn’t enjoy the one I tried. Made a return trip specifically for the sushi. Ordered the Rainbow roll and the Ocean roll. Both were great and worth a try. The freshness was evident in the taste and the Rainbow roll was consistent and just as good as the first time I ordered one a week ago. The Ocean was topped with a crab salad while maintaining a very light texture making it a pleasure to eat. Yes, I ordered the crab Rangoon for a second time. We received our order piping hot, just out of the fryer in a perfectly golden brown. The flavor was consistent with the first time I ordered the appetizer a week ago. The establishment has many different Asian offerings to select from. I will return to try some of those dishes.
